It’s been a while since my last post, but there is good reason. I’ve been on holiday on the island of Mallorca and whilst relaxing have had a chance to explore what the island has to offer us cyclists!

Rapha is a well established within the professional and amateur peloton being the clothing provider in the past for Team Sky and currently, the coolest team in the pro peloton, EF Education First Pro Cycling. Their continued involvement in the pro field certainly shows in the products they produce, providing aerodynamic advantages whilst still being The most stylish kit in the peloton.

Aside from their pro peloton involvement, Rapha is very much a beating heart of the amateur peloton with their very own club RCC (Rapha Cycling Club), and their clubhouses. The clubhouses are quite unique in allowing people of all backgrounds, cyclists and non-cyclists, a place to converge and enjoy not only the sport of cycling but some pretty damn good food and coffee. They also host rides from their clubhouses, with a range of routes and speeds it really is a club for all, I would love to try one of their group rides one day!

Now about my visit, Rapha Mallorca issituated in Palma City nestled away in a quite part of the city, a 3 minute walk from the main high street. Opening at 9:30am we went down for breakfast on our first morning in Palma and found a varied breakfast menu at reasonable prices. Now having inly visited Rapha once previously in London we were impressed to find that Rapha Mallorca was relatively priced in its location and happy to find shaded outdoor eating area.

Our order:

- Breakfast Bowl

- Avocado on toast

- Flat White (Typical cyclist coffee order)

(Check the photos over on the Instagram page for the food gram)

All the above was incredible food, portion size was also perfect. Having ate our breakfast, and had it admired by many passerby's, we finished up and headed inside for a look around the store. Inside you can find a whole host of Rapha products from race wear to accessories. The staff were friendly and the constant streaming of bike racing was certainly appealing. Being my first time on the island I thought it appropriate to buy something to rember the occasion by. Instead of buying any Of the array of clothing items branded ‘I ❤️ Mallorca’ I thought it more suited me to get a Rapha Mallorca Clubhouse t-shirt.

Been an incredible time in Mallorca so far, got some more blogs that I need to finish off and publish but i can say they’re on their way, I also have a new series planned for the blog.

Until next time, Ciao!!!
